Yogurt Sauce

This simple sauce is widely used in Middle Eastern cuisine. 

 

Ingredients: 

2 cups yogurt 

1 clove garlic minced 

Salt, to taste. 

 

Method: 

Whisk all ingredients together and add a little water if the consistency is too thick.
